Shipping policy

SCU Tools is committed to providing high-quality hardware tool accessories for customers worldwide. To ensure transparent communication, please read the following transportation terms carefully.

1. Delivery time

Processing time: The order will be prepared and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (excluding delays due to customs inspection or force majeure).

Priority express: To shorten time, please contact customer service [contact@scutools.com] to confirm feasibility and additional charges.

2. Delivery range and cost

Shipping Location: All products are dispatched from the warehouse in Serbia and support global delivery (with restrictions in some countries/regions).

Freight calculation: The cost is automatically displayed on the settlement page. Additional taxes/fees may be incurred in remote areas (if applicable).

3. Logistics tracking and signature for delivery

Waybill notification: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number, which can be checked in real time through third-party platforms (such as 17TRACK).

Inspection obligation: Please check the integrity of the outer packaging on the spot when signing for the goods. If any damage is found, please refuse to accept and contact customer service immediately (photos must be provided as evidence).

4. Customs and Taxes

Customs clearance responsibility: International orders may incur customs duties/value-added tax, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves (it is recommended to check local policies in advance).

Document support: We will provide necessary documents such as commercial invoices, but we cannot interfere with the customs process or timeliness.

5. Disclaimer

We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the following circumstances:

The recipient provides the wrong address/contact information;

Force majeure such as customs spot checks, strikes, and natural disasters;

The package was stranded due to the customer’s failure to pay the customs duties in time.
