Due to the special nature of hardware tool accessories (such as customization, easy wear and tear, and non-recoverability after installation, etc.), we currently do not support any form of return or refund. All sales are final transactions. By placing an order, you are deemed to have confirmed the specifications, quantity and suitability of the goods.
- Explanation of exceptional circumstances
If any of the following problems occur, please provide evidence to customer service email [contact@scutools.com] within 24 hours after receipt, and we will negotiate a solution as appropriate:
Transportation damage: The product shows obvious damage or functional loss during the delivery process (photos and videos of damage in unopened packaging must be provided).
Wrong shipment: The actual received goods do not match the order (order number and physical comparison pictures need to be provided).

Inspection obligation: Please inspect the appearance and quantity of the goods on the spot when signing for them. In case of any abnormal situation, photos should be taken under the witness of the Courier for record.
